We make Clyper, so read this as our case. What we say about quso.ai comes from its own site and help center, linked at the bottom.

If you clip for campaigns, we'd pick Clyper. Starter is $20 a month for 150 minutes of video; quso.ai's Lite is $29 for 100. Clyper Pro is $38 for 400 minutes, or $19 billed yearly; its Essential is $39 for 300, or $19.50 billed yearly. Every Clyper plan frames, captions and scores every clip, in 1080p with no watermark.

quso.ai is the better deal if you clip about 10 hours a month and want it to post for you: its Growth plan is 600 minutes for $49, less a minute than any Clyper plan billed the same way, and it schedules to seven apps.

For a podcast, Clyper follows whoever's talking and cuts to the other person when they answer; for a stream, it puts the webcam over the game. Either way, you need permission to post clips of someone else's video, and clipping campaigns are where that comes from.

Both sell minutes of video: on quso.ai a credit is a minute of the video you import, rounded up. Lite is 100 minutes a month for $29, Essential 300 for $39 and Growth 600 for $49. Billed yearly, they were $174, $234 and $294 a year when we checked: half price, in a Halloween offer for yearly plans bought by November 1, kept at renewal.

Clyper Starter is $20 for 150 minutes, up to 75 clips: $0.1333 a minute, against $0.2900 on Lite month to month, or $0.1450 billed yearly. It imports from Twitch, Vimeo, X, Facebook, Rumble, Google Drive and Dropbox as well as YouTube, takes uploads up to 15 GB and, its help center says, videos up to 5 hours, and has a full editor with B-roll, music, filler and silence removal and brand templates. It publishes to TikTok on every plan and schedules to TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, Pinterest and X from Essential, plans and tracks your posts, has team workspaces, and a free plan in some countries. Its Growth plan costs less a minute than any Clyper plan billed the same way.

Clyper keeps to the clip. Its clips are 1080 × 1920 MP4s with no watermark, so whatever you schedule with takes them as they are, quso.ai's scheduler included: from Essential, it posts videos you made elsewhere.
