   SendShort tracks the speaker and keeps them centered; its pages don't describe a layout for a stream's webcam and game, and split layouts sit on its roadmap as an idea. Clyper follows whoever's talking, cuts to the other person when they answer, and stacks a stream's webcam over the game.

   You still need permission to post clips of someone else's video, which clipping campaigns give.
