In short

  • Clipster is run by Saikyo LLC, which does business as Clipster. Joining is free, you must be 18 or older, and you link up to 8 public TikTok, Instagram or YouTube accounts.
  • You post on a linked account and submit the link within 24 hours. Only views after you submit count, each post must pass the campaign's minimum on its own, and caps limit what one post and one clipper can earn.
  • You're paid within 2 days of the campaign ending and its review finishing. You can withdraw from $50, and Clipster takes 5% of each withdrawal.
  • On October 29, 2026, its board had 114 live campaigns, half of them for music, paying a median of $1 per 1,000 views.

What is Clipster, and who runs it?

Clipster (clipster.com) is a clipping marketplace. A brand, a record label or a creator sets a budget and a rate for views, and clippers post videos for the campaign on their own accounts and are paid for the views. Its creator terms are with Saikyo LLC d/b/a Clipster, and its careers page says it launched its platform in 2025.

Its home page says it has paid creators more than $10 million, across more than 460,000 creators and 2,850 campaigns. Its other pages give smaller totals paid (its careers page and its Discord say less), so take the headline as Clipster's own figure. It has apps for iPhone and Android as well as the website, and its main Discord server had about 108,700 members when we checked.

Clipster counts posts on TikTok, Instagram and YouTube. Its help centre says new X accounts can't be linked at the moment. New to all this? What clipping is explains how campaigns work.

Clipster campaigns: what's on the board and what they pay

When we checked on October 29, 2026, Clipster's board had 114 live campaigns, of four kinds:

Clipster's live campaigns by type on October 29, 2026
TypeLiveWhat you post
Music57Clips or edits with a song in them, to push the track
Clipping41Clips of a creator's, a show's or a brand's videos
Logo13Your own content, with the brand's logo on it
UGC3Videos you make yourself about a product or app

Clipster shows rates per million views (“/ 1M”), so divide by 1,000 for the rate per 1,000: $1,000 / 1M is $1 per 1,000 views. Across the board that day, the median rate was $1 per 1,000 views (from $0.08 to $4), the median minimum was 2,000 views a post, and the median caps were $450 a post and $1,100 a clipper, on a median budget of $2,400. TikTok counted on almost all of them, Instagram on about half and YouTube on about two in five.

CampaignPer 1,000 viewsBudgetMost per post
Mumford & Sons on Jimmy Kimmel Live$1$2,000$1,000
Persona 4 Revival trailer$2.50$1,000$500
Brantley Gilbert$1.50$3,200$1,000
Mr Eazi x MOLIY, “Comfort”$1.50$2,400$1,000

Budgets are small next to the big creator programs, so good campaigns fill fast: check the board often, and see how to find clipping campaigns for what to look for in a brief. Some campaigns pay a fixed amount per post, or a base plus views, instead of per view; the campaign page says which.

How to join Clipster

  1. Sign up on clipster.com or in the app, with email, Google, Apple or Discord. You must be 18 or older.
  2. Link your accounts. You sign in to TikTok, Instagram or YouTube and let Clipster connect, up to 8 accounts on one profile. They must be public, with their stats visible.
  3. Link Discord too. Clipster's bot sends you messages there, like the reason a post was rejected, and support, appeals and some campaigns run in its Discord.
  4. Pick a campaign that fits your page. Its rules say your page must match the campaign's niche, and campaigns target audiences in the US, the UK, Canada and Australia. Where you live doesn't matter; who your content is for does.

There's no follower minimum across the platform, though a campaign can set one. Running more than one account? See how to run multiple clip accounts, and warm new ones up first: how to warm up a new account.

Submitting a clip, and which views count

  • Submit within 24 hours of posting, with the direct link to the post. Older posts are turned down, and so are posts published before the campaign started.
  • Only views after you submit count, so submit as soon as the post is up. (From the Diamond rank, a post's total views count.)
  • The minimum is per post. If a campaign's minimum is 2,000 views, each post has to reach it on its own to earn anything.
  • One post, one campaign, and up to 200 posts per campaign.
  • Engagement counts. Its rules ask for at least 0.2% engagement on every campaign, and up to 3% on music and higher-paying ones.

Views aren't live: Clipster checks each post on a schedule and updates its views and earnings. Some campaigns run in a Discord server of their own, where you submit with /submit and the campaign's name.

When Clipster pays, and the withdrawal fee

Clipster pays after the campaign ends and every submission has been reviewed: its help centre says payment is made within 2 days of that, and that big campaigns and holidays can take longer. The money lands in your Clipster balance, and you withdraw it from there.

  • The minimum is $50, and it can't be waived.
  • The fee is 5% of each withdrawal.
  • The ways to be paid: PayPal, a Visa prepaid card or an Amazon gift card as soon as you redeem the email, USDT usually within an hour, or a bank transfer by SEPA (in euros) or IMPS (in rupees).

Clipster issues no invoices, and taxes on what you earn are yours to handle. How much clippers make in a month, campaign by campaign, is in how much clippers make.

The rules that get posts rejected

Each campaign's brief comes first, and every campaign also has Clipster's own rules:

  • Only organic views. No view bots, ads, engagement groups, shoutouts or sharing the post in group chats. A flagged post earns nothing, and a pattern of it gets the account suspended.
  • Made for the campaign. High-quality, original content that matches the brief; low-effort or repetitive posts are turned down.
  • English captions that fit the post, the platform's own thumbnail, and any tags the campaign asks for there from the moment you post.
  • Keep it up. Paid posts must stay up for 30 days after the payout.
  • Strikes. Removed posts earn strikes, and 4 in 60 days can suspend an account for 48 hours.

Rejected? The reason is on the submission, and you can appeal once, with a ticket in Clipster's Discord. The usual reasons, and how to avoid them on any platform, are in why clipping campaigns reject clips.

Clipster ranks

Your rank goes up with your lifetime earnings on Clipster, withdrawn or not, and never goes down:

Many clippers use more than one: the boards differ, and a campaign that suits your page may only be on one. Each is covered in Vyro clipping, Whop clipping and clipping platforms, compared.

Making clips for Clipster campaigns, fast

Clipster pays for views, so volume matters: more posts give more chances at the one that takes off, inside the campaign's limit. For clipping campaigns built on a long video, a podcast, an interview, a stream or a show, the slow part is finding the moments and making each one vertical and captioned.

That's what Clyper does. Paste the video's YouTube link, or upload the file from the campaign's folder, up to 4 hours, and get up to 30 clips, each cut on whole sentences, framed on whoever's talking and captioned word by word, with a hook score so you post the strongest first. Download them with no watermark, post them on your linked accounts and submit each one within 24 hours.

Questions

Is Clipster legit?

It's a registered business, Saikyo LLC d/b/a Clipster, that publishes its terms, rules and payout process, pays through PayPal, prepaid cards, gift cards, USDT and bank transfer, and says it has paid creators more than $10 million. As on any platform, read each campaign's brief before you post.

How much does Clipster pay per 1,000 views?

Each campaign sets its own rate, shown per million views. On October 29, 2026, the median was $1 per 1,000 views, from $0.08 to $4, with caps on what one post and one clipper can earn.

When does Clipster pay?

After the campaign ends and its submissions are reviewed: Clipster says payment is made within 2 days of that. Then you can withdraw from your balance.

What is Clipster's minimum withdrawal?

$50, with a 5% fee on each withdrawal, by PayPal, a Visa prepaid card, an Amazon gift card, USDT or bank transfer (SEPA or IMPS).

Do I need followers to join Clipster?

No. There's no follower minimum across the platform, though a campaign can set one. Your accounts must be public, and your page must fit the campaign's niche.

Can I use AI to make clips for Clipster?

Clipster's rules ask for high-quality, original content made for the campaign and don't mention AI editing tools, so follow each brief. An AI clipping tool like Clyper cuts, frames and captions the campaign's own footage, up to 30 clips from one video. More in our guide to using AI for clipping.
